The hotel is situated in a great location, close to popular tourist spots like the night market and nearby temple. the rooms are spacious and well-kept, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast buffet is of good variety and quality. free shuttle service to the nearby science park makes it a convenient choice for business travellers.

The hotel's parking and noise level from neighbouring rooms could use some improvement.

We had a very spacious room for our family of four, with clean linen and a comfortable bed. The hotel even offered fresh fruit at the check-in counter, a nice touch. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. I would highly recommend Carlton Hotel Hsinchu for a pleasant stay.

Great breakfast, spacious room with big bed, and very helpful staff. the location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The air conditioning and ventilation in the room were very poor, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. the pillows were too thick for children, which may be an issue for families who plan to stay for more than one night.

Had a lovely Easter break at this hotel. The breakfast selection was fantastic, a great way to start the day! The hotel is located in a perfect spot, surrounded by local food places and convenience stores. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool on a sunny day, a refreshing way to cool down.

Found the bed a bit too firm for our liking and the gym equipment was quite old, not the best workout experience. However, overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend for a short city break.
